Alex has off of school today. I don't have off of work. It'll be ok other than some mass brain cell wastage on video games.
But.
Sam's daycare is closed today due to every drivable surface being covered in a nice layer of ice. I don't have off of work. This won't be ok.
When I said something about it being a tough day, Alex looked up from his cereal and said, "I'll do my best to keep him busy...I know how important it is for you to get your work done."
Awwww! He can a sweet boy!
